Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ross Flughafen Transfer (“the Provider”). Please read them carefully before making a booking. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Summary of Terms Used
- These Conditions: any standard terms and conditions of service set out in this document, including any special terms agreed in writing between the Passenger and the Provider.
- The Passenger: the person making the booking and any other person on whose behalf a booking is made. By travelling in the vehicle, each passenger is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A booking constitutes an offer by the Passenger to purchase transportation services in accordance with these Terms. A Contract is only formed when the Provider confirms the booking in writing (via email, SMS, or other confirmation method), or when the journey commences, whichever occurs first.
- The Provider is under no obligation to accept a booking and may decline for any reason.
- Once accepted, Ross Flughafen Transfer is responsible for providing the service as agreed.
- By making a reservation via the Provider’s website, telephone, email, or any other method, the Passenger accepts these Terms.
- The Provider reserves the right to use the services of other licensed transfer or taxi companies (“third parties”) to fulfill bookings. Responsibility for the service remains with Ross Flughafen Transfer, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.
3. Quotations & Prices
Prices published online or quoted by Ross Flughafen Transfer are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is only binding once confirmed.
Typographical or clerical errors in quotations or communications may be corrected without liability.
Special price quotes remain valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices before or after a booking has been accepted, to reflect increased costs (e.g., fuel price increases, changes in taxes, regulations, or unforeseen expenses).
4.General Terms of Carriage
Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for their journey. The Provider accepts no liability for missed flights, trains, or other onward travel due to delays outside its control.
Fares quoted are for the journey specified. Extra stops, diversions, or waiting time may incur additional charges.
The Provider is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond its control.
The Provider’s liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the value of the fare for the specific journey booked.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse carriage to passengers with excessive luggage that would make the vehicle unsafe.
The number of passengers and luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Additional luggage may require a larger vehicle, incurring additional charges.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
- Explosives, firearms, flammable materials
- Fragile or temperature-sensitive goods
- Hazardous substances
- Illegal drugs or narcotics
The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who behave in an abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times. The Provider accepts no liability for lost or damaged items. Drivers may assist with luggage at their discretion, but this is at the Passenger’s own risk.
The Provider will endeavor to supply the vehicle type requested, but may substitute a suitable alternative if necessary.
5. Waiting Times & Additional Charges
For standard pickups, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free. Thereafter, waiting is charged.
For airport pickups, the first 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time are free. Thereafter, waiting is charged.
Flight delays are monitored, and pickup times will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge.
A cleaning fee can be charged if a vehicle is soiled (e.g., due to vomiting, spilled food, or drinks).
6. Vehicles & Child Safety
Vehicle type depends on availability and booking details (number of passengers and luggage).
Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
7.Cancellations
- All cancellations must be made directly with Ross Flughafen Transfer.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time will be charged the full fare.
- No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point) are charged 100% of the fare.
- If you cannot locate your driver, you must contact Ross Flughafen Transfer immediately. Failure to do so and choosing alternative transport will result in full charges still applying.
8.Payments
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.
If a cash payment is agreed in advance, it must be paid directly to the driver, who collects on behalf of Ross Flughafen Transfer.
All fares must be settled before or at the time of travel, unless otherwise agreed.
9.Liability
- The Provider’s liability is limited to the fare paid for the booking.
- The Provider is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed connections, lost profits, or business losses).
- Insurance coverage for passengers is provided in accordance with German transport regulations.
11. Amendments
Ross Flughafen Transfer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take immediate effect.
