Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

These general business relationships regulate the contractual relationship between the client and the contractor.

1. A vehicle booking must be registered at least 3 hours in advance by calling +491707009487. Short-term bookings are also possible after checking availability – but without guarantee.

2. Cancellations within the Rhine-Main area must be made 24  hours in advance. Outside the Rhine-Main area 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the full fare will be charged.

3. The journey time depends on the traffic situation. We cannot be held liable if the passenger misses his flight or appointment as a result.

If the booked vehicle breaks down, the passenger will be informed immediately and, if paid in advance, will receive a full refund.

4. Please note that babies/small children are also counted as passengers. This is important to determine the vehicle size for booking.

5. Baby/child seats can be booked for an additional fee of €5.00. The age of the child/children must be stated in the booking form.

Please check the availability/suitability of the child seat in advance. We are not liable for incorrect selection and use of the child seat.

6. Additional drops and pick-ups will be charged per kilometer at a

Minimum fee of €1.50 per detour will be charged.

7. Passengers are strongly advised to allow sufficient time for their journey.

Especially for passengers traveling to the airport.

8. For an airport transfer, please specify the day and landing time – not the departure time.

9. When picking up from the airport, the first 60 minutes are included in the booked trip free of charge. For further waiting times, an amount of €15.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes.

10. If desired, a pick-up at the gate with a name tag can be booked – for this service we charge 30.00€ for every 60 minutes started.

11. If our drivers are not at the agreed meeting point, please call our office at +491707009487.

12. If a passenger’s flight is delayed or missed, we must be notified immediately so that we can cancel the trip. For prepaid pickups, we will refund 50% of the fees.

If the passenger requests a later pickup, availability must first be checked. A rebooking is then possible free of charge.

13. All prices listed are per booked vehicle.

14. If a passenger books a vehicle and does not show up at the agreed meeting point after 30 minutes and does not answer by telephone, this is considered an absence. In this case, the full amount of the booked trip will be charged as compensation.
This includes incorrect booking dates and incorrect booking times.

15. If the passenger decides to use alternative transportation,
we cannot be held responsible for the reimbursement of costs.

16. It is the passenger’s responsibility to book the correct vehicle to properly transport the number of passengers and luggage.
– Our limousines and station wagons are suitable for a maximum of 4 passengers.
– Our MPVs are suitable for a maximum of 6 passengers.

17. We reserve the right to refuse service if the baggage
becomes unsafe for transport due to its excessive quantity or size.

18. It is the passenger’s responsibility to load and unload their luggage independently. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage.

19. Any descriptions or communications on this website are for guidance purposes only. They are not legally binding.

20. If the customer’s booking is cancelled due to vehicle problems, the customer will be informed immediately and must make alternative arrangements independently.

21. Customers must book a car suitable for their luggage; otherwise, they will be responsible for any issues.
